it’s a DPV dive
With a Diver Propulsion Vehicle in your hands, the underwater world of Tenerife suddenly becomes much bigger. Instead of slowly finning along the reef, you glide effortlessly through the water, cruising over volcanic formations and along long lava ridges.
During a single dive we explore two different dive sites, moving between them with the DPV. The scooter allows us to cover large areas of reef that would normally require several dives.
Along the way we pass lava fingers, small caves and sandy areas where stingrays like to rest. And if we’re lucky, dolphins may appear out of the blue and casually swim alongside the group. It’s smooth, fast, and surprisingly relaxing. through Tenerife’s volcanic underwater landscape.
