EL CONDECITO WRECK

​El Condecito is a shallow wreck dive perfect for beginners and Junior Open Water divers, with depths starting from 8 meters and a maximum recommended depth of 12 meters. This 44-meter-long cargo vessel was built at Noroeste Astano, Astileros y Talleres del Fene in 1945 and sank in 1973.

Divers can explore the remaining parts of the ship, entering the hull, wandering through the cabins, and checking out the bilge, experiencing the atmosphere of this historic wreck. The site is teeming with marine life, including flute fish, octopuses, striped barracudas, fireworms, and many other sea creatures both inside and around the wreck.
